Lovely and nice employees!
The property was exceptionally friendly. Exceptionally nice unit with character. A work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and cable TV were convenient. Super and awesome location, in a lovely top end shopping strip. And right by central Florence, about a 5 minute walk from the duomo, the main attractions in Florence, and the centar.

Hotel was truly exceptional. Booked a room with character. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware worked well. The staff were fairly friendly, amiable. The venue had an absolutely wonderful location quite a walk from a Renaissance palace.
The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

That hotel was friendly, the rooms were air conditioned and beds were nice. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. My window overlooked courtyard. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Florence...
